A wine whose colour ranges from straw yellow to copper. The bouquet is delicate and fruity with a strong body. The vinification gives a mineral taste on the palate and a soft, full and fresh flavour, pleasantly bitterish. It is ideal with appetizers, fish dishes and slightly aged cheeses.
